Family-Placed Death Notice

Ella Beddingfield Leonard Buck, age 85 of Woodstock, formerly of Durham NC, died December 15, 2007. Mrs. Buck was a long time member of Durham Memorial Baptist Church and most recently North River Baptist Church of Roswell. She was a Clerk in the Textile Industry having retired from Burlington Industries after a long career. She is survived by her husband Dewey Buck of Woodstock; sons Dave Leonard and his wife Pam of Alpharetta, Walter Leonard and his wife Betsy of John's Island SC; daughter Ellen Powell of Pittsburg PA; grandchildren Blair Powell III, David Powell, Robert Leonard, Sarah Harrell; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at 10:00AM in the Chapel of Northside Chapel Funeral Directors. Rev. Steve Brown officiating. Interment will be on Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at 11:00 AM at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Durham, NC. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1925 Century Blvd. Suite 10, Atlanta, GA. 30345 or to North River Baptist Church, 12090 Hardscrabble Road, Roswell, GA 30075.
