Andy, was very sorry to hear about your loss. I was out of town for the service. My prayers are with you and your daughter. George Mays and George Graham are out of the State on a fishing trip. I'm sure they, too, would call to express their condolences. Be well.

Andy and Carmie,

I worked for Alice at CNA for five years. She was an accomplished leader, a strong woman, and a loving person. Since I left CNA in 1999, she has provided me with glowing law school recommendations and employment references. We were e-mailing and phoning as recently as the week before last. I am grateful I had the chance to thank her personally for her role in my career and my life. I will miss her. She was a truly remarkable person. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Andy and Carmie, Jenn, Andrew, and I were so sorry to learn of Alice's death. Though I didn't know Alice well, I do remember the many times spent in her company at the Bobko parties and at the Dells. What great fun! I have also kept in contact with Lu these many months about Alice's health and have prayed for her. My prayers now are for you and Carmie to find comfort in your memories of her; her courage and spirit; her determination and drive; her love of life, and may God continue to be close to you at this time of profound loss. Blessings, Carol Gilbert, Jennifer and Andrew Del Boccio

I only had the honor of working with you for a short period of time but grew to like your company. Your fight was hard. You put up a good fight until the very end. I, as well as many others, are better people for having shared time with you. May you be forever happy and free of pain. You will be missed by many.

Andy and Family,

My prayers are with you. I worked with Alice in the 70's at Blue Cross Blue Shield. Both of you were an inspiration to me. May God be with you and yours.

Andy and Carmella,

Through my college years at NIU I had Alice living next door to me. I'll always remember the antics we used to pull and Alice's unbelievebale ability to put her entire fist in her mouth. She did have tiny hands! We were so sorry to hear about her. Our sincerest sympathy to you.
