Alex was one of my Family's great friends. His sense of practicality and love was always appreciated. Loved his cooking. Especially, everything Italian.
Surely he is cooking for the angels.

I am so sorry to hear that Alex has passed.
My Mother, Audrey Riemer, and I send our love to Gail and Frankie and Gina- and their families.
I have so many memories of Alex and my Dad, and their wonderful friendship. It gives me comfort that they are together again in Heaven- the Angels have their hands full now.
I am sorry I will not be able to attend the viewing tonight due to a medical issue, but my thoughts and good wishes are with you.
God Bless

To Mrs. Trimble, Frank, Gina, and the Trimble/Frasca families,
Both Jan and I are so sorry to hear about your husband/father/uncle/grandfather. Jan and I both have fond memories of "Coach". Whether as kids in the neighborhood playing flashlight tag and we hid in his bushes and might have gotten caught by him or just the smile and kind words he always gave us when we would see him in the driveway or while walking to visit my parents or neighbors.
I will never forget that he gave me my first job as a young teen. He took us down to his work place and we had to clean pots and pans. It was hard work but because it was him he somehow made it enjoyable.
We tried to visit both Mr and Mrs. "Coach" whenever we made it back to the area. It was always special time when we did.
Unfortunately, Jan and I will not be able to make it to the viewing/funeral due to scheduling issues. To the person that called us "Thank you, it means a lot to us."
"Coach" will always be a cherished friend, mentor and great neighbor.
One wise lady once said, When we are born, we come into the world crying and surrounded by people full of joywhen we leave the world, we are full of joy surrounded by people who are crying. For those who've put their trust in Christ they need not fear death. They can look forward to meeting the Lord and falling at His feet and being in eternal joy forever and ever.
