A year has passed Alec. I find myself thinking of you often when I look into the sky or watch the rain fall from above. I think about what you are missing and how much your friends and family miss you.

I hope you are slinging mud in heaven with 35's.

Alec was a very special person and I was very lucky to have had him as a part of my life. As my surrogate brother, I can credit Alec and his siblings for introducing me to child inspired mischief. I will never forget all of our “very happy unbirthdays”, trips to the water slides and apple orchards. We could always find fun whether it be at Santa’s Village or on the side of the road in Walworth, WI. As we grew up, Alec always amazed me with his humor and intelligence. I am a fortunate person to have known and loved Alec like a brother. He will be missed greatly.

Alec, you will be missed. I only knew you for about a year as I was just a co-op at Panduit, but you made quite an impression on my professional life. You were also there for comic relief at all times. You were there to share your expertise and your experiences with everyone all the while learning and expanding your own horizons. Above all you were a friend to all. Rest in Peace. Perhaps we will meet again.

Remembering Alec as a young boy playing in the field behind our homes with his friends and brother Nick.Always up for a new adventure.Building forts out of the tall grasses of fall. Sledding down the hill in winter, full of snow,cheeks red from the cold and ready for hot chocolate. In the spring the bikes came out,riding up and down the street Alec and the boys owned the block. Swimming and sports took over in the summer. Rockets from the hobby shop on the 4th.of July. Alec, always happy, laughing so full of life. What would be the next new adventure he and the boys would think up. Even as a young boy he was inquistive, sensitive,intuitive of others feelings with a strong love and loyalty to his family,a bright,beautiful child.These are the memories which come flooding back when I think of Alec.
