Perez, Alex age 27, departed from this life on Thursday, February 7, 2002. Preceded in death by his mother, the late Estela. Loving brother of Silvia Vazquez, dear nephew and cousin to many. He will be greatly missed by his co-workers and clients of the North Ave. Animal Hospital and his friends at the Tatu Tatoo. He was a special friend to many and his love of life will never be forgotten. After his cremation relatives, clients and friends are invited to gather in a special Memorial Tribute of his life, which will be celebrated on Saturday, February 16, 2002, with visitation at the Gogolinski-Trofimuk Funeral Home, 1850 N.
