Geppert, Alex beloved and adored husband of Esther Geppert (nee Fogelman), wonderful brother of Victor and Yoram Geppert, loving son-in-law of Sam and Chana Fogelman, caring brother-in-law of Phyllis Zindell and Lena Geppert, fond uncle of Allison, Matthew and Paul Zindell, Limor, Lilach, Shelly and Leora Geppert, great-uncle to Camryn, Benjamin, Noah, Shahar and Tamar. Services Thursday, 1:00 p.m. at Chicago Jewish Funerals Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd. (one block N. of Lake Cook Rd.), Buffalo Grove. Interment Shalom. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his memory may be made to the Friends of the Israel Defense Force IDF, 29 East Madison Street, Suite 802 Chicago, Illinois 60602.
