I KNEW AL FOR OVER 15 YEARS FROM ROGERS ON ARCHER. HE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR. HE WILL FOREVER BE CONSIDERED A GOOD FRIEND. I KNOW HE'S IN A BETTER PLACE.

I have many memories of Al and knew him for over 50 years. We grew up on the same block and I lived 3 doors down from him and his family. His father Ray thought me how to play baseball and hit me countless fly balls in the Gunsaulus school yard. One of my most recent memories of Al is when him and his mother Lorraine came out to Arizona to visit friends and relatives. I got to spend a few days with Al and went for walks in the desert and snake hunting. He amazed me when he found a huge King snake at the end of my block on the edge of the desert. We also played baseball on opposing teams in an adult mens hardball league at McKinley Park for many years and had a ton of fun!!! He will be missed but I look forward to seeing him again in God's Kingdom!

My condolences to the Kutz family. Played baseball against Al at Kelly Park and also shared more than a few classes with him at Kelly H.S. Even though its been many years since I've seen him, I will always remember him as being laid back and a very funny guy.

My regrets to Mrs Kutz and all who knew and loved Al. Al and I grew up together and were buddies during our early grammar school years. Playing in the fields across the street from Archer bank before it was Curie HS and playing in the bank while Mr. Kutz was working. Sleeping in the camper in the backyard and hopping roofs. Playing football and going to Stanleys... Anytime we ran into each other later on Al remembered it all and we'd have a good laugh. Take care buddy.

My deepest condolences to the Kutz family. I had the good fortune of growing up on 45th & Sacramento. Mrs. Kutz was like my second Mom. I have very fond memories as a kid going swimming at Navy Pier Gym, Kelly HS, and the YMCA with Ray, Gary and Alan. Even though Alan was the youngest one in the group, he always fit in and was fun to be around.
I had not seen Alan over the past 25-30 years but looking at recent pictures he still had the easy-going smile he possessed as a kid.
On behalf of the entire Zurek family I would like to express our deepest sympathy on the passing of Alan. We will keep all of you in our prayers.
