Alan King Obituary
Alan Robert King, 70, passed peacefully in his sleep on March 17, 2024. His family felt incredibly fortunate to reconnect with him prior to his death. He enjoyed hearing stories about family members and receiving pictures and care packages in the mail. He mastered texting on his beloved flip phone and was working toward mastering smarter technology. Alan was an avid Chicago sports fan.
Closest surviving family members include his sister, Donna Foote, niece, Erika Hunt, and nephew, Aaron Rasch. Predeceased members include brothers Wayne and Donnie King and parents Margaret and Donald King. Donations may be made in Alan's name to Journey Care Home Health and Hospice (https://journeycare.org/donate/).

Al was a great friend of my familie I'm glad I got the chance to know him.He had some amazing stories He really kept me up on sports. He sure did love the Chicago Cubs. I don't think he ever missed a game on TV We are surely are going to miss him.He was a great person I will forever cherish him in my heart Thank you very much al for being such a great friend when I needed one
