Vlahopoulos, Adamantia "Matoula" (nee Bithas), beloved wife of the late Stamatios, loving mother of Polyxeni "Xeni" Vlahos, Dino (Sue) Vlahos and Alex Vlahopoulos, devoted daughter of the late Epaminondas and Polyxeni Bithas, proud grandmother of Olivia Vlahos, dear sister of the late Spyros, Bithas, fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday, from 4 to 9 p.m., at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy., Palatine. Family and friends will meet Saturday morning at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 6041 W. Diversey Ave., Chicago, IL 60639 for funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Interment Elmwood Cemetery. Kindly omit flowers, donations to the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 318 W. Dear Alex (& Family)

It's been 20+ years since I've seen you. I wouldn't be suprised if you didn't remember me. We dated what seems to be like 100 years ago, way back in H.S. I was shocked and saddened when I saw your mom's name in the paper today. I always loved your mother. I wish you all well.
