Aaron Benton

Chicago - Aaron R. Benton, 42, of Chicago, passed away December 23, 2019.

Beloved father of Brooks; former husband of Kristyn Benton; loyal son of Sue and the late Jerry Benton; treasured brother of Jerry (Kim Dilts) Benton and David (Chris) Cotner-Benton; cherished uncle of Meera, Alix & Zoey, Emmy, and Mendel, McCoy & Macie Jane; great uncle of Rowan and Ellis; beloved nephew of Bruce and Donna Moore of Plano, TX; dear friend of Richie Shank, Chad Thomas and Shane Schroeder.

Aaron was a partner at DW Simpson, a prominent actuarial recruiting firm. He loved music, stand-up comedy, baseball and watching Brooks on the soccer field.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Trinity United Church of Christ in the Fellowship Hall from Noon- 3:00 with a Celebration of Life beginning at 3:00.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to Brooks' school, Lycee Francais DeChicago, 1929 W. Wilson Avenue, Chicago, IL 60640 In memory of Aaron Benton

Written stories and anecdotes about Aaron will be taken as a collection of memories for Brooks, his son.
