Tanya Renee Turner-Gaddist N. CHARLESTON - The relatives and friends of Mrs. Tanya Renee Turner-Gaddist are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service, Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 1:00PM in Destiny Worship Center, 3625 Azalea Drive, North Charleston, SC, 29405. Internment - Riverview Memorial Park, 3715 Azalea Drive, North Charleston, SC, 29405. There will be a public walk-through Friday, April 12, 2024, from 5:00PM to 7:00PM, in Murray's Mortuary North Charleston Chapel. Tanya Rene Turner-Gaddist entered eternal rest on April 5, 2024. Born to the late Larry H. Turner, also preceded in death by grandmothers, Vida Mae Allen of Brunswick, Georgia and Tinni Burns of Dadeville, Alabama. She graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and Wallace Community College. Tanya was known around the low country for her amazing cooking and famous "mac and cheese." She was a dedicated manager at Circle K stores. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Tanya is survived by her loving husband: Alonzo Gaddist. She left many cherished memories with her mother: Cleo Turner, loving sister: Tara Turner-Johnson. Loving brother: Sheldon L. Forehand (Jill). A devoted and loving daughter: Selina Turner-Simmons (Larry) and bonus daughters: Ashley and Chelsea Muckelvaney, Shelia Gaddist. Loving sons: Marcus D. Turner (Amanda), Vincent L. Jones (Juanita) and a bonus son: Joshua Gaddist. Grandchildren: Lamar Simmons, Caleb Simmons, Marcus Turner, Serenity Turner, Imaiyah Turner, Avante Jones, Rhaegan Jones, Jawan Simmons, Brandon Simmons, and Tayah Breland. Aunt Alma McClain of New York, NY, Uncle Otis Burns (Gloria) of Dadeville, AL, Uncle Perry Burns of Dadeville, AL, Aunt: Vera Burns (Hamlet) of Selma, AL, Aunt Geneva Hugley (Calvin) of Chattanooga, TN and a host of special nieces, Andrea and Brittany and nephews, Larry, Darion and Kahlia.
