Devan Ricker Obituary

It is from unimaginable grief and sorrow that the family would announce the passing of our beloved Devan James Ricker on October 16, 2024. Suffice to say, the family was and still is devastated with the loss of our Devan. Much as we anticipated, the family tried as it might to pull itself together, if only to crawl out of this horrendous loss and through the holidays. Then we were hopeful to limp onward and possibly get through the ensuing long, cold, dark winter. Deeply, we only hoped for arrival to a beautiful spring season in which the earth is reborn amid lush growth and beautiful colors. Within such stunning rebirth and brighter, longer days, we had every hope to then possess the wherewithal to assemble a nice Celebration of Life and a wonderful Memorial Service for our beloved son, brother, uncle, grandson, cousin.

The family is honored to extend invitation to the Celebration of Life and Memorial Service for Devan James Ricker, to be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the beautiful Missouri River Headwaters State Park near Three Forks, MT. The family has obtained use of the park facility for the full day and wishes for family, friends and loved ones to enjoy the entirety of an awesome day in a nothing-less-than gorgeous setting, with many plans for after the service.
