PATRICIA MAIBACH Obituary

MAIBACH, Patricia A. (McNamara) Of Milton, formerly of Hanover and Quincy, passed away May 25th. Born and raised in Quincy, she graduated from North Quincy High School and went on to earn her Bachelor's degree from Emmanuel College and her Master's in Education from Boston State College. She taught in the Quincy Public Schools at the Mass Fields School and Adams School, and later worked as a Computer Programmer and Analyst for John Hancock for many years before retiring. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence E. Maibach. Mother of Karen M. Curran and her husband James of Quincy, James L. Maibach and his wife Patricia of Arlington, TX, and Clare F. Keating and her husband Kevin of Milton. Sister of Mary Jenkins of TN and Francis McNamara of FL. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Visiting Hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., MILTON, Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Elizabeth's Church, Milton, Thursday morning, 10:00 am. Burial Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy. Clare, Karen and Jim, to you and your children and wonderful spouses all. I'm so sorry this great lady has departed. She stands tall in my memory as one who generously shared herself and provided us all with more happiness for the days we shared in her presence. She will be missed but treasured always.
