Dale Robinson Obituary

DELAND - Dale L. Robinson, 89, also of Chippewa Lake, Michigan, went home to his Lord April 25, 2022.
Dale is survived by his wife of 33 years, IvaLane Robinson; son Mark Robinson (Melodie); daughter Suzanne Wehner (Dave); stepdaughter Alane Trumbull; grandchildren Robert Mayer III, Wendy Baker (Derrik), Courtney McDowell (Clint), Lindsay Robinson, Colten Trumbull, and Delaney and Curtis Washburn; and six great-grandchildren.
When his children were young, Dale spent morning to night pulling water-skiers on the lake and fixing fishing poles. He dearly loved his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Dale was a tool-and-die maker for Miller Mold and Baker Perkins for many years. He also worked as a mechanic for his friends Bob Underwood and Bob's son, Rob Underwood, on their late-model circle-track stock cars. They raced in Florida and Michigan.
Dale could fix anything. He loved to work with his hands and solve problems. He was a polio survivor and worked hard his entire life despite those limitations.
Dale spent the last three months of his life at Good Samaritan Society, Florida Lutheran, receiving exceptional, loving care. The family is very grateful to them!
