Dwyer, Beatrice Marion
Beatrice Marion Dwyer, age 99, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2016. Beatrice was predeceased by her beloved husband James Francis Dwyer in 2008 after 67 years of marriage. She was born in Bridgeport, CT on August 23, 1917 to the late Arthur James Noel and Daisy Nielsen Noel. She and Jim loved to dance and were members of the Line Dance Teachers Association of CT. They raised their family in Bridgeport and Trumbull and in 1987 moved to The Villages in Lady Lake, FL. There, they taught line dancing to hundreds of people over the next 15 years. Beatrice was also predeceased by her brothers: Raymond Noel, Robert Noel and Ralph Warren Noel. She is survived by her children: James F. Dwyer of Stratford, CT; Carol A. Dwyer of Poughkeepsie, NY and Robert J. Dwyer and his wife Cathy of Ellington, CT; her grandsons: Jeff Witkavitch of Portland, ME; Dan Dwyer and his wife Michele of Trumbull, CT; Brendan Dwyer of Ellington, CT and Patrick Dwyer and his wife Brittany of Somers, CT; five great-grandchildren; cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Beatrice will be missed by all who loved her.
