Diane Brown Obituary

Diane Elizabeth Brown, age 61, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 19, 2025, in Bel Air. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Charles Allen Parscal and Edna Marie (Hock) Parscal. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Edward Brian Brown; daughters Megan (Jordan) Davidson and Renae (Travis) Sias; and sister Susan Harper.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 pm at McComas Family Funeral Homes in Bel Air. A Funeral Service will follow the same day at 8:00 PM. On Saturday September 27, 2025, a Visitation will take place from 10 – 11 am at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, 724 W. Main Street Rural Valley, PA 16249. Interment will follow at Rural Valley Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Harford County Humane Society. Online condolences may be shared at mccomasfuneralhome.com.
