McDermott, Edna M. (nee Archer) Age 83, a resident of Orland Park, formerly of Burbank, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2019. Loving mother of the late Kevin McDermott, Stuart (Cara) McDermott, late Amanda McDermott, Cindy (John) Laitar, and Linda McDermott (John Abatecola); cherished grandmother of Robert, William, Emma, Carter, Mia, Lucy, Brennan, and Zander; dear sister of the late Alan Archer, late Ian Archer, and Peter (Marion) Archer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Annie Archer (Drummond); and husband, John McDermott. Edna enjoyed reading and puzzles. Memorial services to be determined.
