Kaufmann, Patricia E. (nee Mackiewicz) 67, of Chicago, passed away October 30, 2018. She is survived by her son, Christopher (Kathie) Kaufmann; two step-grandchildren and one great-step-grandchild; sister, Deanna McConville and her three children, along with many relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her partner, Rafael Meza, Jr. A memorial visitation will be Friday, November 16, 2018, 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 pm. at Lakeview Funeral Home, 1458 W.
