We sure had our differences but we also had the pleasure of turning this dump of a building into a real school.

Mary was always a smiling face at Simeon and an inspiring teacher. We belonged to the old "warehouse gang" there. My sympathy and prayers to her family.

I knew Mrs. Wersells as one of my girl scout leaders in Roseland in the ‘60’s. Mary was so fun and had so much energy. My mom was the leader and Mary was an assistant leader. She was so kind to my mother and such a wonderful friend. My sympathies to the family and I know she will be sadly missed.
