Aunt Tootie,
So many things come to mind since I received the call from Darcy.
I've missed you and was at least happy that I was able to hear your voice a few months past and I was able to say "I Love You"
You helped my mother raise me. You were there for all the girly things to teach me since my mom raised all boys before me.
The walk or run down the alley to get back and forth from our houses.
The first pair of Bell Bottoms you bought me because mom wouldn't. Lol
The religious movie you took all 3 of us to see, where we giggled and got in trouble.
The Christmas Eve's spent together every year when I was a child.
Tha flocking of my moms Christmas tree, with you and my dad in the basement with the flocking machine. And us girls running up and down the stairs handing them to my mom with you directing us from top to bottom.
You took me with to the beach many times and the zoo.
So, so many memories plus more.
But most of all, you were here for me to help me with my mom. You were my rock and I so depended on you for that. You were an amazing strong, hot woman. You had beauty and grace that no one else had.
You left too soon.
We had too much left to talk about and do together.
You are with your Sissy, my dad, John, Jimmy, Joey and your siblings enjoying a reunion that we can only hope for when we meet again.
I Love You Aunt Tootie more than I think you knew.
See you in my dreams until we meet again.
Love Joycie
