Santoro, Linda Sue (nee Carso) 63, of Schaumburg. She was the beloved wife of Francis "Frank" J. Santoro; loving mother of Amanda D. Santoro. Linda came into this world too soon, as a preemie with major medical problems, and left too soon due to cancer. In between, she was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, extraordinary teacher and award winning quilter. She spent over twenty-two years teaching visual arts at the Schaumburg & Palatine Park Districts to students from age 5 to 95. Now she's teaching other angels that "wings are not just for flying". Memorial visitation December 9th from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral and Cremation Service, 330 W. Golf Rd., Schaumburg.
