James M. Bozek, age 56, passed away November 20, 2020. Beloved son of the late Lionel and Joan Bozek. Dearest brother of Joni (Terry) Zalud. Dear uncle of Becky Frangella, Gina (Brian) Lueders, Amy Zalud and Terry Zalud. Fond nephew and cousin. James enjoyed fishing and dogs. He was a friend to his co-workers at SMT/IBE, Fuji America, Westell and Komatsu. James will be greatly missed by his special friend Robin and his good friends at Versailles on the Lakes in Schaumburg. His heart belonged to Texas and his neighbors there. James was a graduate of St. Laurence High School, Class of 1982 and DeVry Institute/BSEET Degree. Memorial Visitation Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Memorial Mass, 10:30 a.m. at St. Damian Church, 5300 W. 155 th Street, Oak Forest, Illinois, where the mass will also be live streamed on the St. Damian Church Facebook Page. Interment will immediately follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in James's name may be made to the Anti-Cruelty Society or St. Damian Church.
