Our deepest sympathy to your family on your tremendous loss. I'm a Vis kid. Jack and I graduated in 1949. In more recent years, we would gather at Ridge C.C. on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. Most recently Rosemary & I would meet Janet & Jack for dinner and/or lunch in Naples, an event that could go on for hours and be difficult to end. Your parents were real people, and you are so fortunate to have had their wisdom and love.
