Frazier Jr., Freddie Retired Commander Freddie Frazier Jr. who served the City of Chicago and the Chicago Police Department for 35 years passed away at age 78 on 22 December 2005. His services will be held 30 December 2005 at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas Nevada. Visitation will be at 10 and Services at 11 a.m.
