Eileen Patricia Hughes, nee Doyle, age 97, Born March 3, 1924, at rest May 11, 2021; Beloved wife of the late Edward Miles Hughes; Loving mother of Peggy (Jim) Moss, Joyce (Dan) Haskins, the late Patty (Packy) Norris, and the late Michael (Angie) Hughes; Cherished gram of Amy (Pat) Fisler, Michele (Mike) Thorne, the late Matt Moss, Sean Norris, Marty (Meg) Norris, Molly (Pat) McDowell, Tony (Leah) Castillo, and Myles Hughes; Dearest great-gram of Seamus, Mickey, Patrick, Faith, Mia, Marty, Olivia, Margot, Packy, Teddy, and Winnie; Dear sister of the late Ann Costello, the late Kal Krull, and the late Tom Doyle; Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews and great friend to many, especially Mary Giblin; A special thank you to the loving staff of Mercy Circle 3rd Floor for their wonderful care of Eileen over the last 4 ½ years; Visitation Friday, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Curley Funeral Home 6116 W. 111th St. Chicago Ridge; Funeral Saturday, Family and Friends will meet directly at St. Bede the Venerable Church 8200 S.
