Smentek, Christian N. "Chris" Age 46, of Plainfield and formerly of Chicago, passed away suddenly Sunday, January 6, 2019. Chris is survived by his loving wife, Kim (nee Koziol) Smentek; and his two children, Summer and Sebastian Smentek. A Memorial Gathering for Chris Smentek will be held Saturday, January 12, 2019, from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m., at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet.
