Loving father of John (Doreen Kubiak) Czajkowski, Karen (James) Marino, Steven (Angela) Czajkowski, and Mary Ellen Czajkowski. Dearest brother of Gerald (Nancy) Czajkowski. Cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Mary Kay, and Savannah. Veteran of the U.S. Army Korean War. Retired employee of U.S. Steel. Fred was a retired employee and longtime dedicated parishioner of St. Michael the Archangel Church and Past Grand Knight and 4th degree member of the Santa Maria Council #1511. Visitation Sunday 2:00 5:00 p.m. Funeral Services Monday, October 22, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S. Ewing Ave., Chicago. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
