Dear Jackie, Toni, Steve, Isaiah, and family, I am deeply sorry to hear about Uncle Jerry's passing. He was a great Father, Grandfather, and Uncle. He was always positive and had a great sense of humor. I remember him at Thanksgiving, always telling stories and joking around. I remember he loved his job as well. He was also very generous, always thinking of others. He was a special person. It saddens me that he is no longer here. Uncle Jerry will be missed. May God Bless Jackie, Toni, Steve, Isaiah, and the rest of the family.

Dear Sallamme Family, My condolences on Jerry's passing. I was student of his at MVCC in the early 2000's as any older adult who returned to school. He was so excited that I returned to school to finished something that I started much earlier in my life. I would see him in the hallway and he said he used me as an example for the younger generation of students. He was a wonderful teacher and I will be forever grateful for his encouragement. Dave J. My deepest condolences & prayers go out to Jackie, Tony, Steve, & Isaiah in the loss of Your Loved One. Jerry was such a kind, fun loving, compassionate person. He was my friend & colleague at Bradwell School for many years. He was a dynamite math teacher & his students adored him, as well as his co-workers. He was also my tax preparer for many years. I will never forget the amusing conversations we had at my kitchen table reminiscing about our former students & events that occurred at the workplace. We also talked about our kids & grand kids. He loved his family. Becoming a grandfather was one of the greatest joys of his life. Jerry had such a distinct voice & laugh that one can never forget. Rest in Peace, Jerry. We will all see you one day "When We Wake Up In Glory."
