Heidi & Family - Sorry to hear of your loss albiet a few years after Dave's death. Wow that is shocking. He was a great guy. I remember meeting him for the first time when we lived in the same building on Cleveland / Belden in Chicago. He sold wine! Heart felt guy. He called me first when he bought his 2 flat in Chicago. I so appreciate that. We were both getting started out on our careers and we both benefited from the relationship. He was certainly a high achiever. All my best to you and your family. Frank P.
