Hey shipmate, still in our heart.

You always had a smile and that wit for my computer woes. We had some intense military chats that helped us both. Simper Fi my friend.

The hurt has lessened but the memories are strong. You are remembered my friend.

It has been a year but still feels like yesterday. You are missed every day. My thoughts for your family. RIP brother

I spoke to Eric a short time ago and he said he was enjoying the Lake house very much. I also thanked him for all his help which Adam needed to keep his website on a steady keel. He did so much for us and I did let him know how much we appreciated him.

Mrs. Palak, I just wanted to send my heartfelt condolences to you and your family. May God comfort, bless and sustain your family through your loss. I'll add and keep you all in my prayers.

Eric had the impeccable ability to wrap you into his stories, no matter the topic. He would literally give you the shirt off his back - whether you needed to wear it, or win a work holiday party competition with it. He was also full of wisdom, selflessly lending it whenever needed. I am deeply saddened and shocked to hear of his passing - the memories full of laughter at NEBA events and dinners at the Federal, and emailed and texted Simpsons quotes we exchanged will help me remember how rich I am, and how rich everyone is, for having Eric in our lives.

My deepest condolences to Jeannine, Aimee, all the children, and the extended Pavlak, NEBA, and NPTAG families. Eric's legacy will live on in the wealth of smiles and positivity he gave us all.

I am stunned at this news. I instantly think of all of the conversations I had with Eric over the years. Often they were comedy movie references, but we always made each other laugh. To Jeannine and kids, Eric was an amazing person...To Eric's family my sincere condolences.....I will remember Eric always...
