Barbara Hubbard Obituary

  Barbara Eileen Hubbard, age 69, of Jackson, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Edgewood Manor of Wellston.  She was born August 14, 1952 in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of the late Paul O’Neal Barnhart and Evelyn Tingler Barnhart Slagle.  Barbara was a loving homemaker who enjoyed cooking, sewing and reading.  She also loved the outdoors, working in the garden, cheering for The Ohio State Buckeyes and visiting with family and friends.  Barbara is survived by her children, Denver Hubbard (Valerie) of Oak Hill, Priscilla Hubbard of Jackson and Stephen Hubbard of Jackson; grandchildren, Abbi, Morgan and Ryan Hubbard, Whitney Dutcher, Destiny and Billy Gaffin, and Allison, Jacklyn and Leslie Bragg.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Denver Ray Hubbard; and several brothers and sisters.  In keeping with Barbara’s wishes, her body was cremated.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
