Dear Warrington Family,
I met your Mom more than 32 years ago and absolutely adored her. She was an amazing seamstress who had the gift to make a beautiful wedding gown with pearls and sequins from a plain piece of material.
I do not know how we met but I sure enjoyed spending time with her...whether we went for lunch or the many, many hours she spent helping me by repairing or altering clothes.
She loved going to fabric stores or the road trips to Walmart when she needed a few
Items. She had a great personality and the only time I saw frustration would be when one of her sewing machines was not working properly.
One of my residents received a letter written in Italian but she could not read it.
Angie saved the day again for a perfect stranger when she translated it for her.
I purchased white yarn so our young children would have warm scarves... Angie
contacted her sister who was a Nun and the yarn was sent to the convent in Italy to be made into beautiful, warm scarves.
You are so very fortunate to have had such a special Mom.
I always felt that YOUR MOM was my
adopted Mom... a darling lady who loved her family, her friends, her dog and always made sure that the bird feeder had enough
food for the birds.
Angie.....we love you and miss you!
