My cousin, Ed, had displayed enthusiasm for family, Italy, St Rita, baseball, and his charities regardless of how he felt health-wise any given day. He very much loved his kids and being "papa" to his grandkids. I relied on him for cousin stories from our earlier life. I appreciated the many times he reached out to invite me to various fests or just home in his "garage office". I am very saddened by his loss and extend my love Debbie and family.

Ed was a great Rita man who exemplified the Augustinian teachings of veritas (truth), unitas (unity) and caritas (love). It was an honor to serve on the St. Rita High School Board of Directors with Ed. His love of St. Rita High School was unparalleled. I will always remember Ed working the chains with my father at Rita football games. Rest In Peace.
