KEVIN JOHNSON Obituary
With shattered hearts, we announce the passing of Kevin James Johnson, treasured husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin on November 16, 2023. Kevin was an outstanding partner to Kathy for 52+ years. He was a loving, proud father to his amazing sons, Jeffrey and Jared and his awesome daughters-in-law Carolyn and Lisa. He was an especially proud Pops to his precious grandchildren Cora (Coradorable) and Brody. Kevin was dearly loved by his Mom, Eunice, his brothers and best friend, Keith and Doug (Jo-Anne), as well as by his extended Youmans family, especially his mother-in-law, Arlene. His fur babies, Kobe and Ally, gave him lots of daily cuddles. He was predeceased by his father, Art, father-in-law, Hilton and brother-in-law, Bob, each of whom he admired immensely.
In the past 6 years, life could not have been crueler to such a kind, gentle soul who faced all the hurdles his many cancers posed with such valiance and bravado. Our deepest gratitude goes to the cancer team headed by Dr. Faghih, RN Corina. We could not have gotten through this arduous journey without you and your personalized dedication. A giant hug from all of us to Kevin's RN, Kathleen. You were truly our saint who went above and beyond the call of duty.
We are overwhelmed by all our family, friends, neighbours and co-workers for the food, flowers, love and support. Thank you.
A private service will be held.
Our beloved rock star is now our shining star. You will forever be in our hearts. Thank you for being our KJ/BK/POPS

Tears dropped by many, the pond is filling.
Memories live on, oh those memories: Beatle boots, push cart races up Windermere, baseball league, gymnastics, skiing the locals and Rockies, countless band venues, pleasant return visits and wonderful dinners with your family.
You met Kathy....wow! She was perfect for you. A life soul mate:)) Look what she gave you buddy!
Now we have a twin; Keith to help give reference and ensure you remain with us thru him keeping us all close. We that do remain here will carry you in our hearts till we reunite.
