Marilyn was an outstanding teacher and artist, as well as phenomenal woman. I failed to see her in recent years due to my negligence, but always considered her a friend. She taught in schools where "angels feared to tread" and I know God has a "crown" waiting on her in heaven. I plan to donate to a fund to keep art in the public schools because Marilyn loved teaching art to and I know she would happy knowing art is continuing in small way thanks to her friend. My prayers to the family and asking God for comfort for all of you during this most difficult time. Liz Briscoe Wilson, LU classmate 1965

My condolences to you and your family. I am very saddened to hear of Marilyn's passing.
I knew her when she taught at Mary Lyon School in Chicago. She was creative, dedicated, and a very "cool" lady. She left her mark on this world, in so many ways.
Peace and Faith,
