Pacholick, Germaine E. (nee Vicek) Age 76, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2014, late of Plainfield, IL formerly of Chicago, IL. She is survived by her loving husband (Retired Chicago Police Officer), Richard R. Pacholick; children, Lynn Pacholick, Richard P. (Stacy) Pacholick, Rosalie (Frank) Isherwood and Doreen (Robert) Krebs; a sister, Sylvia (the late Vince) Waidzulis; grandchildren, Mallory (Adam) O'Brien, Presley Pacholick, Sarah (Alex) Mulac, Amanda, Danielle Costello, Ryan, Tyler Krebs, Timothy, Kevin, Jennifer Blake, Ryley and Thomas Isherwood; also numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Emily Vicek; and her sisters, Emily Vicek, George Ann Rickseceker, Vivian (George) Kunz and Arlene Katsibubas. Visitation Monday 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Anderson Memorial Home, 21131 W. Renwick Rd., Crest Hill, IL 60403. Funeral Tuesday, December 23, 2014 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood. Germaine's family would like to thank the staff at Lemont Rehab Center and Silver Cross Hospital for their exceptional care.
