Smith, Leslie Mann Born on 27 June 1950, died on Friday, April 13, 2012 at age 61 following a courageous 13 month battle with Colon Cancer. Leslie was born in St. Louis, Missouri and resided in Willowbrook, Illinois. She is survived by her parents, Edmund T. and Beverly Leachman Mann of Pensacola, Florida; Brothers, William Mann (Beverly) of New Orleans, Louisiana, David Mann (Debbie) of Chicago, Illinois; Sisters, Rebecca Mann Arenson (William) of Dallas, Texas, Christine Mann Veale (Robert) of Fairfax, Va, Sarah Mann Fagan (Brian) of New Bern, North Carolina. She is also survived by Aunts and Uncles, Robert and Lenore Leachman of Phoenix, Arizona and Bert and Cathy Parcher of Tualatin, Oregon, 12 nieces and nephews who all adored her as well as many cousins. Leslie is also survived by her partner and best friend of 18 years, Judge Don O'Brien, his family, her special neighbors, her close circle of friends, and her co-workers in the Chicago area and across the US. Please join her family for a celebration of life service on Monday, April 23 at Evangelical Convenant Church, 412 S. Garfield St., Hinsdale, IL 60521 at 11:00am.
