Dear Anna, Joe and Stephanie,
Please accept my deepest sympathies over your loss. When I heard about Dave last week -- I could not believe it. He was a great guy and a great friend. I am honored to have known him -- and I will always remember the great times we had having a few cocktails and talking about Croatia (and/or listening to tamburitza music). Your husband and father was a kind and generous man who touched the lives of many people -- and who made everyone happy just to be around him. He truly was "one in a million.", and I am glad he was my friend.

May God Bless You All.

Dave was a great Police Officer, and just a nice guy. I was shocked, and saddened when I heard of his passing. Working in 004 was bad at times, but Dave made it easier with his sense of humor. When you needed a back-up Dave was always there. It was a pleasure, and an honor to have known him, and to work with him.

My sympathy and prayers to your family at this time of immense loss. Dave was a valued friend and co-worker from my time in the 4th District . I am so shocked and sorry to hear of his passing.

I was deeply saddened and shocked at the news of David passing away. We were good friends and co-workers for many years. It will be difficult for those who knew him to accept such an untimely moment.

Dave will be remembered not only as a a thoughtful and dedicated worker, but for the fun he seemed to be able to attache to our days. Always quick to smile and laugh.

Dave would tell you a story at the start of every day, and one when you were going home. This helped you get through it and finish on time.

May Dave's family have the strength to carry them through the next few days. You will be in our prayers and thoughts.

And Dave, rest quietly now secure in the knowledge that you helped make many differences in many people's lives.

We will miss you, my brother.

Anna,Stephanie,Joey and family. I am sending you all a huge hug and kiss. I am so saddened for your loss. Being Anna-Marie's friend whom is more like a sister to me, I have enjoyed all the times spent with her family; which I always felt were a part of mine. I remember all the good times spent at family parties and seeing "Uncle Dave" and how he would make us laugh. May God bless you all with great strength and love. I love you all. XOXO
