I had lost touch with Vince but never forgot how much fun we had when I used to perform at Clark's on Diversey. What a raconteur! His story of going to New Orleans for a long weekend and returning 3 months later had me roaring with laughter. I'm very sorry to recently hear of his passing.

Dear ClarkFamily,
The house on Menard had what everyone called a MIDDLE ROOM. I always thought it should be called a GREAT ROOM.(long before realtors and builders came up with that title). It was where a Great Family blended into and shared an awesome friendship with my family. Vince always seemed so tall and dependable to me. -a chid's perception, but I have always known that to be true.
Dear Family, may peace, hope, and love be with you today, tomorrow, and always.

So many good memories from Sterchs and the Lakeview Men's Club. Vince was smart, funny and a terrific poet. My heart aches for his family.

Vince loved everybody, and made friends of everyone he met. That could be annoying, but it was genuine! He had a generous heart. I miss him. My condolences and love to all his family.
