I was priveleged to know Tim only a short period of time during our lives and not really very well at that. Our paths crossed at the Census Bureau and from the very outset, I knew that Tim was a special guy, always willing and enthusiastic about doing that little something extra - or even that big something extra - for anyone. We will all miss him. May God be with you during this sorrowful time.
