Steve was a great friend to all in our old neighborhood. My brother Keith and the rest of the boys would be in Westlawn Park playing baseball. This has been a tragic loss for you Connie. Time has gone so quickly and it is hard to believe it's been a year since we lost him.

So sorry to here of Steve's passing. I first worked with Steve when the APD Home Confinement Unit was created, and years later he was our Deputy Chief in Maywood. Steve was always kind and respectful. I enjoyed talking with Steve about the bands from the 60's and 70's, I remember he liked Led Zeppelin. We will truly miss him! My condolences to Steve's family and friends!

You were a good and decent person. I learned a lot from you when you were my Deputy Chief at 26th and California. You were all about your family and listening to you talk about them really made you proud. Rest in peace my friend. You suffer no more.
