Avidon, Sarajane Professional actress, published author, award winning artist, died on March 29th, at home in Chicago, after a long battle with cancer. She was 64. Ms. Avidon is survived by her husband, Dick Simpson, a son, August Donley, a daughter, Kate Donley, two granddaughters, Lilian and Paula Olson, a son-in-law, Jeffrey Olson, and two brothers, Michael J. Levey of Winthrop, Maine, and Andrew S. Levey, M.D., of Boston, Mass. A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 10 at 3 p.m. at Chicago Shakespeare Theater on Navy Pier, 800 E. Grand Ave., Chicago. Memorial contributions in her memory to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, 800 East Grand Avenue, Chicago, IL, 60611, or Parkersburg Community Foundation, P.O.
