Dear David,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Ruth and I were close friends at Hyde Park H.P. Then as adults we reconnected during our reunions. She had great gratitude and love for you. We shall miss her.

David:
Our (Jane and I) thoughts are with you at this trying time. Ruth was not only a wonderul teacher, but also a friend. When she knew I thought Hyde Parkers were more crazy than most, she relaxed and became a favorite faculty member and teacher. Parents requested her for their children from the day she began until the day she left.
