Riberto Sr., Russell J. Age 94, U.S. Army Veteran WWII, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on June 26, 2015. Russell was better known as Mr. Russell of Russell's Antiques. He ran his antique business out of Southwest Barbershop on West 111th St. Devoted husband of the late Alicia (nee Krag); loving father of Kathleen Riberto, Barbara (Jerry) Siemienas, Russell J. Riberto, Jr. and Nancy (William) Hronec; proud grandfather of Jamie (Jeff) Makuch, Gina (Dan) Kaktis, Russell III (Tricia) Riberto; Jacqueline, Billy and Alyssa Hronec; Lauren and Heather Siemienas; cherished great-grandfather of 7. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for the loving care provided by his caregivers Denise McPartlin, Max Rypel and Zibby Kura. Russell was a member of St. Bernadette Parish for over 45 years, where he served as a Eucharistic Minister. He was a member of Tucker Automobile Club of America and ALPCA (Automobile License Plate Collector's Association). Visitation Monday 2:00-9:00 p.m. at Kosary Funeral Home, 9837 S. Kedzie Ave., Evergreen Park. Funeral services Tuesday 9:15 a.m. to St. Bernadette Church. Mass 10:00 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. My sincere condolences on the loss of your father, grandfather and great grandfather. Mr. Riberto was a wonderful man with a great sense of humor. I know he has struggled for the last several years and was cared for with such love. God bless your family at this time of grief. Eileen McNichols
