Urasky, Phillip C. Age 91, of Chicago, IL, passed away on December 11, 2017. Beloved husband of Carolyn (nee Klaric); cherished father of Phillip Urasky, Bruce (Karen Frohman) Urasky, William (Denise) Urasky, Laura (Scott) Bosi; proud grandpa of Anne Marie Urasky, Andrew Urasky, Susan Urasky, June (Steven) Enders, Benjamin Bosi and Jacob Bosi; loving son of the late Joseph and Della Urasky; dear brother of the late Al (Lois) Urasky and Robert (the late Mary) Urasky. He is survived and was loved by many Urasky and Klaric families, lifelong friends, members of the Sloboda CFU Lodge 32 and SAC. He attended Tilden Tech High School then graduated from IIT. He went on to work at Crane Company then at Inland Steel Container Division for 32 years retiring as Chief Engineer. He was involved in the Valentine Boys Club, served in the Army Air Corps during WWII and was active in the Sloboda CFU Lodge 32 and SAC. He loved to fish, golf, play cards and was an avid fan of the Sox and Blackhawks. Thank you to Slawa, Kindred Hospice and Classic Health Services for all their loving care and support. Resting at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, on Friday, December 15, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass Saturday, December 16, 11:30 a.m., at St. Daniel the Prophet Church, 5300 S. Natoma Ave., Chicago, IL. Family and friends will meet directly at church. Private burial, Resurrection Cemetery.
