Montgomery, Patricia A. Of Chicago, IL passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2012. Born on August 31, 1941, she is survived by her husband, Ronald; daughters, Denise and Robbin; 3 grandchildren, Ronald, Patrick and Tiffini and one sister, Verniece Jefferson. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 11 am at the Southwest Memorial Chapel, 7901 South Komensky Ave, Chicago, IL 60652.
