I keep thinking that this is a dream and then I'm going to wake up and that you're still here. My heart is so sore I lost my little sister you fought that disease so hard and I'm angry that it beat you the only thing that gives me comfort is that you'll be reunited with Mom and Grandma and Grandpa I love you Pam and I will miss you
