I was lucky to be a coworker of Myra's in the office. She was just the greatest lady. So loving and always so funny. She shared many funny stories of her life and her kids growing up. She helped me as a young mother not to take things so hard.
My Condolences to Howard, Sheri and Jamie, and their families. May you always feel her love and light around you.

Myra ("MyMY") and I were best friends all through Elementary School at Nettlehorst. We continued our friendship through high school, even though we moved to different neighborhoods and went to different high schools. Then, as life would have it, we went our separate ways for the next 40 years. We reconnected through Facebook and what brought us together again was our complete joy in our grandchildren. I even commented that it has come full circle when I saw the picture of her granddaughter in a ballerina outfit, as we took ballet together for many years. And actually had similar pictures taken back in the day. She was a great friend and I think each of us benefited greatly because of that childhood friendship. I knew her parents and brother Michael well. We spent many sleep overs at each other's house, laughing and telling secrets, as young girls do. I will always cherish these memories. May she live on in the memories she leaves behind. And may her memory be a blessing.

Sheri and Family...I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Your mother was a remarkable lady and I have such fine memories of her and the laughter we all shared as children. I grew up in your home and she always made me feel welcome. I hope you and your family can find peace. She is now your angel and pain free. May she rest in peace and my love and strength passed to you and your family during this difficult time!

I have personally known Myra for 57 years; a very long time as time goes..... and I will miss her sweetness. She was kind, loving, and funny. What I will always keep with me is the sound of her laughter - it was unique to her as anyone who heard it knows. Our families shared many wonderful holidays together that I will always cherish. She loved her family dearly and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. May her spirit continue to sparkle with the joy and love she gave to others.
