Sorry to hear about Mike's passing. He was a good friend for many years and I will never forget the times we had working together at Burroughs and Unisys on sorters and Bank machines. I can only hope that the years up until his last, were joyous ones.

We have wonderful memories of being with Bob and Mike on our adventures on the Chesapeake Bay. Mike's laugh was infectious. I know he will be missed by his family and friends. Our condolences. Skip and Susie Morrow

My thoughts and prayers are with the Bannach family. Mike became an adopted member of the Thinger family 55 plus years ago when he transferred to the Chicago area and was befriended by my brother Tom. Mike was a fun loving friend and always had a joke to share. There was always a plate at the dinner table for him for many years. I can remember one year making a Halloween costume for him. He was a scary Dracula. I have fond memories of a special man.
I am sorry I will not be able to attend his service. May he rest in peace.

I will always have the memory of a very close cousin who lived next door when we were growing up. My sisters and I and Michael's brothers all went to the lake in the summer and often played games together outdoors. Our families got together for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. We rode with Michael to school when he was in college and Jimmy and I were in grade school. He always had a snazzy car and took great care of it and other machines. He had a booming type of laugh which was infectious. Even though not seeing him often, I always felt close to him. He will be missed by us all.
