Ashley, Lydia A. (nee Baumgart), age 84, beloved wife of the late William A. Ashley, devoted mother of Kathleen (Bruce) Pope, and the late William Arthur Ashley, proud grandmother of Jason, Sarah, Stacy and Jennifer, fond great-grandmother of Sophia and Colton, dear aunt of Mary Lou Ulkeja, Bill Joswick, Elaine Seelye, Eddie Hvorick and Joe Hvorick, great-aunt of many. Lydia was a retired Librarian of Hillside School. Visitation Thursday, 9 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m., at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 5015 Lincoln Ave., Lisle (on Rt. 53, ½ mile south of Ogden). Cremation will be private.
